Executive Assessment Report The
Executive Assessment process allows senior managers and executives to receive
an objective evaluation of their strengths as organizational leaders and any
potential personal growth opportunities. Participants are assessed using both
objective profiling tools and structured interviews.

coaching is an individualized approach to professional development that focuses
on developing managerial talent. Appropriate targets for coaching are those
high potential individuals with the need to leverage their current strengths

Everyone, regardless of experience, has distinct abilities, personality traits,
and behaviors that will either be assets or liabilities in a given job or
organizational culture. The assessment process clearly identifies and describes

ODEE Style Inventory™
Are you an OWL, a
DOLPHIN, an ELEPHANT or and EAGLE? Your ODEE Style™ describes ways in which you
learn, organize, remember and speak about your experiences of the world.
Every moment of every day, we are bombarded with massive amounts of
information. We rely on our five senses to take in information from the
world around us. It is physically
impossible to register everything we see, hear, feel and think simultaneously.
Our minds
use systems to filter out, store and recall the information in such as way that
it takes note of what it thinks is important and
deletes the rest. We use filtering systems like ODEE Styles™ to do this.
What is 360 Degree Feedback?
360 degree
feedback is a process that involves systematically collecting opinions about
how a manager is performing on the job from their own perspective and from the
perspective of their co-workers. The co-workers include their boss or bosses,
reporting staff members, four to eight peers or fellow colleagues, internal and
