Clearing the Weeds: A Personal Breakthrough Session

What do emotions have to do with my performance as a leader? Some researchers suggest that emotional intelligence is responsible for as much as 80% of our happiness and success at school, at home, and at work. The best leaders are confident, well adjusted men and women.

But even the most talented leader can be affected by stored negative emotions such as anger, resentment, sadness, insecurity, anxiety, guilt, and frustration. Let’s face it, life happens to all of us. We have found that feelings of frustration, hostility, insecurity, aversion to risk, or failure to build relationships, may all be related to these stored emotions.

In one four-hour session (average), the HLS Decision Reframing Process™ techniques can assist you in changing the ways emotions prevent you from expressing yourself and achieving the results you want. Specifically, the HLS Decision Reframing Process™ assists leaders to:

• Let go of negative emotions from the past so that you can react freely to current and future situations—without the emotional baggage.
