You must cancel your pre-paid registration five (5) business
days prior to the class to receive a full refund.
For cancellations made less than five (5) business days
prior to the date of the course, a 90% refund will be given.
If a registered participant does not show up for class,
refunds (if possible) will be granted on a case by case basis.
Classes are subject to change and/or cancellation on short notice. Class registrants will be notified (by mail, phone or email) of any cancellations. If Hargrove Leadership Services cancels a program, a full refund will be granted.
Full and partial registration fees will be refunded within one week after notification.
