Our founding partner, Faye Hargrove received the Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia. She draws on over 25 years of a unique blend of professional expertise and line management experience. Faye has impacted thousands of individuals and many organizations through her unique training and coaching approach. In addition to her role as President and Founding partner of HLS, Faye's executive leadership experience includes positions as the Head of the School of Business and Economics, Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs and Vice President for Student Development. She has served on more than 20 Boards of Directors and provided training for many more. Faye holds Master Practitioner certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Time Line Therapy.
